– 1 banana
– 1 full hand of blueberries
– 1 cup of milk
– 1 pipette of CBD oil

CBD latte:
– 1 espresso
– 250 ml of milk
– CBD oil
– ½ tsp vanilla extract
– Salt
– 1 tsp honey

– 3 peeled avocados
– Juice of 1 lime
– Pinch of salt
– Onion
– 2 tomatoes
– 1 garlic
– 3 tsp CBD oil
