Does muscle care like balm and sprays work?

How does a sports balm work?
A sports balm is formulated in such a way that it is quickly absorbed into the affected area and stimulates blood flow. One of the ingredients has the property of breaking down the waste products (cytokines) as soon as it has reached the traumatized area. The wastes have a strong attraction to the nerve roots in the affected area and cause varying degrees of pain. When do you use a sports balm?

How do you use sports balm?
Clean the skin with soap and warm water. Towel dry the skin. Then apply a small amount of sports balm to the skin and massage the balm gently until it is completely absorbed by the skin. Repeat this three to four times a day; in the morning, afternoon, evening and 1 hour before bedtime. You should not apply sports balm to open wounds. In case of chronic complaints, a treatment can be started 3 times a day and this can be reduced to 2 times a day. The balm can be applied indefinitely, depending on the intensity (level) of the pain.
